Who is eligible for Private Pay?
Private Pay is available only for watch users whose current coverage through a Medicare or Medicaid program is discontinued. Subscriber payments may be made to continue use of the solution.

What is the monthly subscription price for Private Pay?
Pricing for Personalized Care & Connect, which is the program used by Medicare payers, is currently $54.95 per month.
What if I need to change my payment method?
You may change payment details by logging into your account via the “Account” link in the upper right corner of this website. Select “Payment” and then “add a new payment method”. You will then set the new payment method as the Default.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account via the “Account” link in the upper right corner of this website. Select “Subscriptions” and then “Private Pay Subscription”. You will then select “cancel subscription” at the bottom and verify. Your account will be cancelled and service to the watch will be deactivated at the end of the month in which you terminated your subscription or the date through which you have paid, whichever is later. You may receive a package to return and recycle your device.
